Afterschool Program Group Leader Part Time

Monday-Friday 2:30 pm-6 pm, 17.5 hours per week. The YMCA is seeking a motivated, creative, organized, reliable individual to assist in program related and supervisory responsibilities at our School Age Centers in Canton and Farmington. Applicants should: be 18 years of age, have previous experience with school age children, have experience in education, youth development, or child care.

Afterschool Program Site Director

Monday-Friday, 2 pm-6 pm, 20 hours per week The YMCA is seeking a motivated, creative, organized, reliable individual to plan and lead activities, communicate with parents, and supervise children at an Afterschool Program site in Canton. Applicants should: Be 18 years of age, have previous experience with school age children, have experience in education, youth development, or child care.

Customer Service Part Time

Hours: Days and Evenings (Up to 20 hrs/wk)

The YMCA is seeking a friendly, organized, reliable individual to greet our customers, answer phone calls, complete transactions, and monitor school age children. Must be 18 years of age and have basic ability to work with computers. Experience with customer service or youth preferred. Lifeguard Part-Time

The YMCA is seeking an energetic, caring, confident leader to maintain pool safety and react effectively in emergency situations, accordance with YMCA policies
and procedures.

Applicants should: Be 18 years of age, have CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Strongly suggested: Experience teaching swimming lessons, or working with youth preferred.

Water Fitness Instructor Part-Time

The YMCA is seeking an energetic, caring, organized leader to prepare and teach water fitness classes in a safe, enjoyable, positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

Applicants should: Be 18 years of age, have CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.

Strongly suggested: American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, professional certifications related to water exercise or willing to obtain within the first 3-6 months of employment.
