This is an exciting fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, Boxing and Dance into a high-energy interval workout. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, you may choose to wear weighted gloves or use light hand weights which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates, which combines to provide a muscle toning workout. Great fat burning workout, great music, great fun and easy to follow!
Ketllebells provide functional, real-world strength for just about anyone. Resembling a mini bowling ball with a handle, they're great for cardio, strength and flexibility training. This workout delivers an unparalleled mix of strength and conditioning that targets the whole body, but focuses on core, leg and gluteal muscles. Lead by Certified Strongfirst Instructor, Margaret Nelson, the class is taken through a series of repeated movements and exercises performed using the Kettlebell weights. PiYo is an athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Yoga and Pilates as well as the principles of sports stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. PiYo will increase strength, flexibility and balance while offering stress reduction and improving one’s overall fitness level. PiYo Strength is a pre-designed class that features continuous flowing patterns that link one exercise to another. This is a great workout for beginners through advanced participants as modifications will be shown. You’ve gotta try this one!!!
CARDIO BOOTIES AND BELLIES
A total body low impact/high intensity workout. This class will add high intensity training to our Step workout by adding different elements such as cycle, slide, cardio floor work, Power Legs or TABATA Training. This class is geared to all levels of participants.
A High Intensity Interval Training, non-impact workout that works both aerobic and anaerobic systems. Classes include different riding positions, types of rides, and great music so you never get bored. Cycling is designed for all levels of fitness enthusiasts; you make the ride harder or easier by adjusting your resistance and pedal speed. There is no hard choreography to follow; just come prepared to sweat and burn tons of calories! We suggest you bring a sweat towel and water bottle to class. Space is limited! Please stop by the front desk up to 30 minutes before your class to pick up your Cycle pass to reserve your bike!
The One Stop Body Shock
This workout is a Plateau Proof Fitness Formula that combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance training in one 50 minute workout. You will lose pounds and inches, increase your metabolism, sculpt lean muscles and improve overall cardiovascular performance. Weight Training is for Every Body!
Power Pump combines the energy of aerobics with the body shaping results of weight training. You will use barbells, dumbbells, tubes, balls and more to strengthen and tone every major muscle.

You gotta try it! It's a "Make You Sweat, Feel Happy" workout. This fun and easy to follow workout combines high energy, motivational Latin music & dance moves. You will burn maximum calories, as well as tone the entire body with special emphasis on the core muscles (abdominals, waist & low back). Now, Wednesday and Friday classes have a bonus Butts and Guts section, with added toning for those trouble areas!
Practicing Yoga can lead to improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength. Considered a mind/body type of exercise, Yoga can also help reduce stress and anxiety plus enhance your mood and overall sense of well being.
