INDOOR/OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

This high energy workout includes cardiovascular, strength & endurance exercises. Move from one exercise to the next with little or no rest time doing circuits, sports type drills, explosive intervals, & more to burn maximum calories plus tone and tighten every muscle group. Some classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting, to add hill drills, tire flips, and more. Guys & gals will love this invigorating workout!

INSANITY

INSANITY group exercise brings the revolutionary high-intensity interval training, total body conditioning program to the gym. It is based on the principles of MAX Interval Training which will push you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, & a more efficient metabolism. It is the pinnacle of cardio training. This plateau proof workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging & results driven experience by providing a variety of modifications for the ultimate workout regardless of your fitness level, from beginners to athletes!

BODYSHRED

Jillian Michaels’ BODYSHRED is a high-intensity & endurance based 30 minute workout utilizing the 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 min. of strength, 2 min. of cardio, 1 min. of abs. You will shed fat, define muscle, transform your physique, enhance your overall health and improve your athletic performance.

YOGA

Practicing Yoga can lead to improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength. Considered a mind/body type of exercise, Yoga can also help reduce stress and anxiety plus enhance your mood and overall sense of well being.

PILATES

The main focus of Pilates is core strength. Stretch, strengthen and tone the core through this routine.

PILATES/YOGA STRONG

Strong is a combination of Pilates and Yoga as well as the principles of sports stretch, strength training & dynamic movement. Strong features continuous flowing patterns of strength, flexibility, and balance while offering stress reduction and improving one’s overall fitness level.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art & exercise program. It integrates mind, body & spirit, by a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner with deep breathing. Tai Chi is beneficial for stress reduction, lowering blood pressure, improved balance & posture just to name a few health benefits. The short form & 24 form of Yang style will be practiced.

PILOXING

This is an exciting fitness program that blends the best of Boxing & Pilates into a high-energy interval workout. PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed & agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting, flexibility & balance of Pilates, providing a great muscle toning fat burning workout. You may choose to wear weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health! Great music, great fun & easy to follow!

KETTLEBELLS

Ketllebells provide functional, real-world strength for just about anyone. Resembling a mini bowling ball with a handle, they're great for cardio, strength and flexibility training. This workout delivers an unparalleled mix of strength and conditioning that targets the whole body, but focuses on core, leg and gluteal muscles. Lead by Certified Strongfirst Instructor, Margaret Nelson, the class is taken through a series of repeated movements and exercises performed using the Kettlebell weights. Discover new strength, power, and endurance with the Kettlebell workout.

CARDIO BOOTIES AND BELLIES

Let Trinity kick your bootie with this fun and very effective cardio/toning class. This class will intermix leg, glute and abdominal work with some great cardio to keep your heart rate up and burn those calories. This is a must try easy to follow high intensity workout that will keep you coming back for more!!!

CYCLING

Cycling is a high intensity, non-impact workout. Seated & standing, you will ride flat roads, climb hills, do jumps, sprints, & more. TABATA training may be thrown in to make the ride even more intense. Cycling is designed for all levels of fitness enthusiasts: you make the ride easier or harder by the amount of resistance you use & your pedal speed. Come prepared to sweat, burn calories & experience great rides to music to keep you motivated!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

This workout is a Plateau Proof Fitness Formula that combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance training in one workout. You will lose pounds and inches, increase your metabolism, sculpt lean muscles and improve overall cardiovascular performance. Feel your energy and strength go through the roof and have a blast doing it!

TURBO KICK

Turbo Kick is a choreographed kickboxing workout done to music that makes you want to move it! Its unique combinations of cardio, strength and endurance work together to give you the ultimate workout that will melt fat and reshape your body. Don’t miss out!

CARDIO PUMP

This class combines short cardio bursts with weight training. You will use barbells, dumbells, tubes, balls & more to strengthen & tone every major muscle plus keep your heart rate up.

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout join the party!
It’s a “Make You Sweat, Feel Happy” workout. This fun & easy to follow workout combines high energy, motivational Latin music & dance moves. You will burn maximum calories, as well as strengthen those very important core muscles.

Total Body Conditioning

Using weights, tubes, balls, and steps, you will tone and strengthen every muscle group. Plus plenty of stretching for increased flexibility.

Total Body Blast

This high intensity interval training class intermixes cardio and toning for a complete fat-burning muscle-toning workout. Experience a different workout each time to keep it fresh, exciting and fun! A few sample exercises are plyometrics, jump ropes, step benches, weights, tubes, balls and more. All moves can be
modified for all levels, beginner through advanced. Take the challenge!

STEP AND SCULPT

Easy to follow step patterns adding light weights to tone your upper body while getting a great cardio workout. Followed by additional leg and core work using tubes, balls, and more.
