  • The YMCA is recognized nationally as a leader in the field of fitness.
  • Most classes are held in the Y's Fitness Room, equipped with a suspended wood floor making exercising less stressful on the body. Kettlebell Classes are held in the Main Gym or Cowan Gym.
  • Our instructors receive YMCA Fitness Training and CPR/First Aid Certifications.
  • Most classes are designed for any level of participant. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and consult your instructor for individual guidelines.
  • Fitness class schedule subject to change based on participant interest & instructor availability.

*Pick up your ticket to reserve your bike for cycling class up to 30 minutes before class begins.
