Would you like to become a runner but not sure how to start? Join our couch to 5K program and you’ll be up and running before you know it. This program is designed for those who are less experienced and would like some extra motivation and guidance when training. However, any level runner is welcome. The Couch to 5K program is a great way to help you achieve your goals in running.

  • Begins January 20th and meets for 8 weeks
  • Meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 5:30 pm
  • Includes free entry to the Leprechaun Loop on March 14th.
  • Work up to running 30 minutes, approximately the length of a 5K
  • Instructor: Jenniffer Swank
