FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULES

Our fitness classes are for individuals high school age and up. All classes have accomodations for different ability levels. Fitness classes are free with a YMCA membership, but membership is not necessary to sign up for classes.

 Fitness Class Information:
-You will be asked to practice safe social distancing during class (6 ft. apart).
-*YOGA will NOT meet until September 14.
