Canton Bicentennial 5K and 1 Mile Run / Walk 2025

The race is just five days away and the race committee is excited to have you all come out and celebrate Canton’s 200^th birthday. Here are a few details about race day.

The race begins on Saturday at 8:00 AM. There will be people around to guide you to parking but it will be a little tight. I encourage you to park around the periphery of Greenwood Cemetery if you have to leave before the race is over.

We plan to hand out your run packets on Friday from 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM, at the Canton Family YMCA. The hope is that the t-shirts will be completed by that time. Otherwise, we will notify you via email of the “Plan B”.

The race is early but it will be warm all week so I encourage you to stay hydrated throughout the week and that morning.
